May 2025 - We're looking for participants for TSUP®!
We're looking for participants to take part in the podcast. Do you have lived experience of mental illness or are you perhaps a professional in the mental health field? If so, we'd love to hear from you. Please visit our contact page and email us your interest.
April 2025 - "TSUP" is now a registered trademark in the UK!
We took the decision back in 2024 to lodge an application with the IPO to register our Logo and the mark "TSUP" as a trademark in the UK.
This decision was made to protect the brand of the podcast and our assets.
I can announce as of April 2025 we are now a registered trademark. (Trademark no. UK00004144779).
We can now officially share with you our certificate of registration and our logo with the ®symbol.

March 2025 - We've been awarded £1000 by CloudSands Ltd
CloudSands Limited, of Scarborough, has kindly awarded the podcast a £1000 grant to improve our service, upgrade equipment and enhance the experience. Awarding the grant, CloudSands Founder and Company Director Rob said in his letter:
"...We’re committed to investing in our local community, and actively seek opportunities to increase
the prospects, health, and attractiveness of our town. We hope this gesture will contribute to the
future success of The Speak Up Podcast and its honorable mission..."
The money will be spent on enhancing the user experience and quality output of the podcast, as well as investing in hardware such as microphones etc. Speaking on behalf of the The Speak Up Podcast, Ashley says the podcast will benefit greatly from this investment and we give our heartfelt thanks to Rob for his generous offering.
